well I have stopped. I have not replied however. Its been over a week now and have no e-mail or mail from them. Hope its gonna stay this way.

Ignore it, how can they prove you received an email? or opened it? There is a reason a letter must be certified and a document must be hand delivered.
Is this really the first scare you email you've gotten? You are selling LIKES? or fans from fake accounts?
Join the 1M other people with fake or duplicate accounts.
You and about 100K other people got this email.
I recommend you read some of these, delete those emails, block the sender.
RIp down what you have and start over with proxies and a new name.

Facebook (IF ITS THEM AND NOT A COMPETITOR FUCKING WITH YOU) Looks at a thread like this and knows they can scare away 90% of people with a simple email. They "demand" your code? what a joke. Prove damages, get a judge then demand. I demand a picture of your GF's panties...and pictures of all panties she has owned the past 4 years.

I got a 200 page document from a guy demanding $10,000 for the retroactive use of his website content, i used his definition of real estate and rent to own on my site, he sent screen shots and lawyer letters and a contract to sign to pay him $10,000..
Then I used wayback machine and found the same content on a site 2 years older than his.
200 pages burns really nice.
