CClassIPHosting Down?

Hi,

I use cclassiphosting.com to host a number of sites on different IP's. My control panel and all sites has been down for almost 72 hours ... the support team give the general 'we are working on it'. However they offer a 99.9% uptime guarantee which this isn't.

Is anyone else having the same issue with this host at the moment? I need the sites back up ASAP and feel fairly helpless as they're ignoring the issue.

Yes, they are down. I blame myself that I was too lazy to migrate to another provider as I saw this was coming.

Their services it crap and support usually does not do anything. Unfortunately you get what you pay for... :(
 
Yeah same thing here ... it's only a portion of the sites but they were kept on there for ease really. I've not been using them too long and support seemed ok in the past.

Has this happened before? Wonder how long it will be down...they seem unwilling to give answers.
 
The thing is that they are mediators and they do not own the servers.
I asked them to restore one of my accounts back in August and still waiting for it... :)
They were saying that they sent a request to their tech team, which has never come back to them.
So, I think this can last for months, knowing how they deal with such kind of issues.

Their response is always the same - "We are active on it..."
When you ask how, they will simply ignore you or will close live chat if you ask it there.
 
In August?!? Wow.

It's seriously worrying me...a fair few sites down which I need to be live for income purposes. Trying to think up a quick fix solution!

Thing is...they have a '99.9% Uptime Guarantee'?
 
I don't use them now, but when I did they were down quite a lot, and for long stretches of time.
 
I would say that they are 70% up time. Some times 90%.
Definitely not 99%
 
Yes...For me also CClassIPHosting is always down and because of this my several blogs rank down...Now i moved to other hosting.....Its waste....Due to cheap price i sign up der....Better avoid that hosting
 
Anyone any ideas on getting the problem rectified ASAP? 72 hours downtime isn't helping anything from an SEO point of view.
 
Tracked down who they rent servers from and what do you know ... unpaid bills!
 
Can you please write here who they are renting servers from?
 
seowebhosting.net ... they're being VERY helpful and currently in the process of migrating everything for me.

They will randomly ban you for no reason at all

Reasons I've had;

1; To much resources - I had 3 wordpress sites, go figure
2; Payment overdue - Paid the same day

Support is shocking after you get set up

I wonder how did you manage to get seowebhosting.net to do migration for you as they said to me that they would not be able to do it for me, saying 1 that servers have to be online for them to migrate anything and 2nd that they would not do it without permission from cclassiphosting.com.

Bad luck for me :(

My websites are down since more than 20 days, the support is just answering "We are looking into it"...

I've no backup, I can't do anything... !

They are located in India. Looks like their level of support is just what the local market over there demands.

Cclassiphosting seems to be no longer in business.

The Url is referring to a different website that charges $15 for 5 ips.

cPanel hosting is a better option so you can periodically email yourself a copy of the backup.
Hope you were able to contact them.
