CCBill $100 Transaction Limit?

I signed up for CCBill as I heard it's a great PP for Adult related content. After the approval process I've now found out that they have a $100 transaction limit for new accounts . How am I supposed to run an ecommerce site which sells physical items, some of which are priced at $300-$1,000, with such a low limit?

I've contacted them and have a request put in to raise this to $200, but apparently $200 is like the maximum without 6 months of transaction history.

Are there any alternatives out there for an Adult related ecommerce site?
