CC submit offers noob.. help!

Hey,
I want to start promoting CC submit offers, especially iframe cc submit offers, and I've yet to understand a few things.
1, What exactly low auth and high auth means?
2, On most offers I cant see how much will be that CCs charged, but I imagine that would be important to disclose on my lander. Beside asking your affiliate manager, is there any way to know?
3, If there's anything important other to know, I would be glad to get some tips. I found surprisingly low amount of info about these type of offers.

I'm not completely sure but low Auth seems like a user did just a card submit, approved ort not and low auth seems to be the same but in this case the advertiser was able to verify that the card and the owner are a match, the country and the card are a match, were able to charge, and other checks some advertisers do
