I have a website that I use to drive traffic to Click Bank. If I drive traffic to my site via multiple YT and Twitter accounts, etc, will this get me canned with CB?

so... You mean using black hat techniques. No I dont think so. Clickbank never asked me why I sent traffic from multiple videos or twitters.
They want traffic and as long as they are getting paid I see no problems.

That's right. I have a review site for a CB product. Generates an average of a sale a week. I'd like to ramp up sales by sending YT, Twitter, etc, traffic.

So . . . creating multiple social network accounts, directing traffic to my review site, wont get me canned with CB?

No, Clickbank doesn't care. As long as you aren't outright committing fraud, they are happy to have the extra sales. Of course, you may get a few Youtube accounts banned for doing this, especially if you are using Blackhat techniques to promote your videos.

I have read in several different places that clickbank doesn't care where you get the traffic from, so you should be safe.
