CB sale went to zero

Hello guys,


It's now 6 days that my earning dropped from 50$ a day to 0$. The traffic is still the same and I am also sending more traffic than usual and my sales still decreased.. I tried to click on my hoplick and the hops were counted via CB just immediately.

The sale page of the vendor has not change recently, and I am promoting the vendors products via YT and shorting via Tinyurl.

Any experiences with this?

This happened to me once before. I was getting a bunch of sales for one vendor's product and then I stopped making money with it suddenly. It's possible that the people who have been viewing the video just aren't interested lately. The worst case scenario is Clickbank or the vendor is scrubbing or shaving.
 
I have seen from stable middle X.XXX $ / month during years to my current 400 $ month. Everything is possible on CB ...
 
I am not experienced with CB. But communicate with Vendor/Merchant and ask him about your CR/EPC etc... He would be in best position to answer this.
Also, check your URL sometimes AV's flag certain URL which results in low EPC because of those warnings etc...
 
Hi mate, speak to your AM, he should be able to check whats going on. What niche are you working on?

I earned money from that product since last year.
I don't think that the people are not interested now (I don't see any reason) specially now that my traffic is increased.

Is it really possible (ie the highlight portion)?? How to detect that please? I clicked my hoplink for say 10 times in different days and the hops and " orders from impression count" are counted perfectly. So is it possible that somebody is Scrubbing???

Although I know that it didn't happen immediately to you, but just curious -and to prevent it to happen to me as well- why it did happen to you.

How they can help? How they are able to notice what's going on?
 
If you are promoting a product in the MMO niche - they are seasonal products that sell well for a couple of months after their launch and then fall out of favor. How has the gravity of the product changed recently?

However, your main point of action should be to contact the vendor and see whether they can shed some light on what might have happened.

No, I am not in the MMO niche, and the product is not seasonal.
The gravity of the product has not changed since last month.

I am wondering about the accessibility of the vendors to be helpful! How a vendor can be helpful in this regard, In other words what to ask from the vendor?

Today I got An "orders from impression count" but it did not lead to a sale.
 
Maybe people are broke because of back to school. I would contact the vendor and continue to do what you have been doing.

Sometimes I got some "Order from Server calls" which is closest to a sale but nothing happen

I have a similar problem like you, 450 hops, targeted kw but 0 sale. I'm contacting the vendor to see what happened here
 
Now many products showing delay the buy now button. So, it may makes the visitors to change their mood. When a visitor coming to the page and seeing the price under the video will clearly notify the visitor about, this is a product to purchase. When they watching the video without the buy now button initially, they may think, the video will reveal all the steps. so,

When order form impression coming from the visitor who watched the buy now button first with video: gives sales
When order form impression coming from the visitor who watched the video without buy now button at first: no sales

Then why it should be related to coming back to school?!!

So why it can be something on the part or due to the vendor? How they can help?

So you mean that your sales doped to zero all of a sudden?
How it can be something happening from the vendors side?
My last sale ended to a refund (my refund rate is very good yet) So are the vendors able to prevent a sale while the hops of an affilate are counted (or something like that)???!!

Sorry buddy, but I am not sure if I got it!!
 
All the top products are changed their old system.

On the old system, the buy now button display below the video instantly.
but on the new system, the buy now button display after some time delay. Am I right?

so, when people see the buy now button instantly with video, the sales count increase.
when people see the buy now button delay, they are forcing to buy. So the sales were dropped. (After the arrival of new system)

well, Yet I am not sure about what you are talk about, but the CB + YT system doesn't work the way you say.
 
CheapAndBest is talking about the vendor's video salesletter. The page you send your visitors to. Some of them don't show the buy button immediately so he thinks that may play a part on conversion rate. I haven't tested that so I can't comment, but many vendors also have a text version of the sales page. Also, when they try to exit the video, usually there is a popup and if the user stays on the page they will see the buy button.

Like others have already said, get in touch with the vendor. All you have to do is explain your situation and see if something has changed. Or try promoting a similar product in the niche if there is one available and see if conversions get better.
