I had an idea for a desktop app, but I wanted to know how easy it would be to make, and what one might charge to make it.

Really, all this would do would be to process payments, filling in information from a CSV sheet. The app would take a single vendor ID, a text file list of affiliate IDs, and one by one, it would use a proxy to purchase through the affiliate cookie. Naturally, one would need many VCCs for this, and one would want to be able to use secure HTTP proxies.

All in all, it would have a text box for the vendor ID, the product ID (typically a number), and a throttle (in milliseconds). It would then have a place to upload a text document of HTTP proxies to be used, another place to upload a text document of affiliate IDs, and a third box to upload the data to fill out the form (data would be in CSV format and include the CC information) with I suppose the columns needing to be in order of how the boxes would be filled out.

Then, the bot would, one-by-one, drop the cookie and make the purchase, ensuring that the affiliate ID got credit for the sale, but that it isn't all tracked back to the same computer.

Is this something that can be done?

that's an interesting idea.

why couldn't something like that be done with zennoposter or any other web macro?

Not sure offhand, but I was thinking a standalone desktop app would be easy to transport from one computer to the next. Is it possible to create something like that fairly simply? If so, where might I find someone to do it?

Quite interesting idea!
I think 200$ for a so useful tool is a fair price.

By the way, you could PM me, i could look at it with more details.

Hey, I've Skyped you several times. Didn't get a reply.
