Hello. I've been reading these forums for some time now and little by little I'm starting to get a grip of all this IM stuff. I started up lazy as I had no idea what method I should start with as everything seemed overly-complex and overwhelming.
3 months ago I decided to start with clickbank. I picked a few products related to gaming, as that's my interest, and started promoting them. The "easiest" method I knew how to promote something was to spam social sites and random blogs with my direct affiliate link using BuzzBundle. Luckily enough, I had my first sale on the first day! I was so pumped for this that I continued the same spamming for about a week with no sales until I realized I was just lucky with the first sale and I should do things differently. I dropped the whole IM for about a month as I felt frustrated for spamming so much with no sales and didn't bother to read for other methods.
So about a month from that I came up with a plan to try a different product and use bing ads + direct linking to affiliate page to see how ads generate and convert traffic. This was still a lazy way, but it did pay off. I was making steady sales (1-3 per week) and even generated profit after ad fees. So this is what I've been doing up until now.
4 days ago I made a site to promote this specific product to get "free" traffic to my affiliate link and already made a sale through it, so I'm happy where this is heading. I have a few ideas where to go from here and how to execute them. I'm so happy how much I've learned in these few months reading countless of journeys and methods, so Thank You BHW members!
