CB analytics down for 4 days already?

Hi,

i just started to send some traffic to a few CB offers, but i cant see analytic data for almost 4 days. They said it is scheduled maintenance and it will finish on October 28th, then they postponed it to October 31th, it is already November and it is still not available :(

Is that still normal? Are my sales really counted even during such maintenance? They say HopLinks are working, but i am becoming nervous a bit :)

And do you see some sales in last two days? Analytics is on again, but i dont see any hops for last 2 days (there should be around 150) and there is a message "Client Analytics data delayed due to server maintenance".

I hope sales data are delayed as well...
 
I can't see my Hops either which is a shame because I made 2 consecutive sales in 2 days and I wanna see the hops per order :\
 
Not working. You can get to analytics but look to the left hand side and you'll see the red ball and "Client Analytics data delayed due to server maintenance"

Agree! Can't understand, CB is such a big company, is it so difficult to make normal fast analytics system? And even when it's working normally, there is always a delay at least 2 hours between "Data Last Updated" and "Current Time"
p.s. still not working 16:00GMT
 
So are sales being tracked and displayed at the moment? Gone from $200 days to $0 days coincidentally at the same time as the analytics update.

I was wondering if anyone else had the same problems. I had 3 days without a sale. Today I finally got a sale but I really think I should have had at least one during those three days, especially since I added more videos.
 
I am seeing both sales and analytics data. I had not been seeing analytics the last couple days, however, and for most of that time it was not loading at all.

similar to me! it happen for somedays, I drop 5 sales to 1 or zero sale , submit ticket and they said it normal, is that normal??
 
Lots of people having problems with CB, they need to sort things out or they going to lose a lot of vendors and affiliates.
 
ClickBank sucks. Their support sucks...for vendors and affiliates both.

We pulled everything from them. Fu#k them. Sick of their nonsense.

I received a response to a ticket last week - a question I submitted 20 days prior.

Put our products on our own network now - it will allow us to select just the best affiliates.

I really think CB is going down the shitter fast...doesn't look good, that's for sure!
 
got a sale today and analytics are back
 
8000 visitors on my site yesterday and only 4 hop count, and of course no sales. They said that they have counted everything, even if they were not working for 4 days. Hahaha. And what we can do? Nothing. To believe them? Of course not. So much effort in campaigns but it doesn't pay off.
 
I have clocked sales even when analytics are down but there is no way they can accurately measure hops when they are doing maintenance.
