Catergory setup woocommerce SEO

Hi, I have woocommerce setup and ready for my video games store. Thing is I'm obsessing with the best way to format the categories for SEO.

I was thinking:

- Nintendo
--- Wii
---- Wii Games
---- Wii Consoles
--- Super Nintendo
---- Super Nintendo Games
---- Super Nintendo Consoles
- etc...

but, this seems a little too spammy and hard to view so thought maybe

- Nintendo
-- Wii
--- Games
--- Consoles
-- Super Nintendo
--- Games
--- Consoles

and I was planning on renaming the meta titles for the Games, Console category pages to "Buy Wii Games at [my-website-name]". Thing is the list will get quite long and Games, Consoles will be spammed down the page.

I could have

- Games
-- Nintendo
--- Wii
- Consoles
-- Nintendo
--- Wii

but Wii, Nintendo will be all over the page. Am I obsessing too much which would be the best way to do it please?

I have a competitor on the first page with the same setup as the first example, think I might just go with that.
