categories not showing on google search

hello

like the title says i have a problem my categories arent showing on google . google shows like 80 pages but stops there. my site is new and i didnt have this problem first but they came and go later and now disappeared since my site was down for like a week for some dns problems.

Do you mean your category pages, or breadcrumbs in the SERPs? Breadcrumbs on SERPs were removed last year. Depending on how you've set up your site (CMS etc) category pages may be noindex'd. Other than that, there may not be any unique content on them, and so Google has chosen to not bother with them. Try at least a unique intro paragraph for each category if you can.

that’s pretty normal for a new site, google often drops or shuffles pages after downtime. just fix the dns issues, resubmit your sitemap in search console, and keep posting fresh content — they should come back over time.

Are you adding AI content on the website?

It sounds like Google may have temporarily deindexed some of your pages due to the downtime and DNS issues. That’s common with new sites, but it can recover and you can Index your page to Google.

First, check your robots.txt file to make sure your category pages aren’t blocked, and look at the page source to confirm there’s no noindex tag or incorrect canonical.

Next, improve your category pages by adding some unique content, strengthen internal linking by pointing to them from menus and posts, and resubmit those URLs in Google Search Console. Finally, give it some time—after site downtime, Google may take a few weeks to fully re-crawl and bring your pages back.
 
It’s normal for new sites to drop after downtime. Fix DNS issues, resubmit your sitemap, publish fresh content, and build backlinks. Google usually restores and improves rankings with consistency over time.
 
Your categories was disappeared because site was down with DNS issues. once google crawls your site again and then sees it’s stable, they should show up back in search.

thanks ,its already happening for some pages
 
It usually occurs in some cases, you should need to resubmit your site map to google. Then wait for days it will give you results.

This can happen after downtime or DNS issues. Google might need to re-crawl your site. Check your Search Console coverage report and submit a fresh sitemap to speed things up.

might be tracked as spam behavior or suspicious behavior
