Where do I go if I'm looking to find someone to star in my new series on YouTube?

I was thinking of Craigslist, but I'm looking for someone anywhere in the US or Canada and Craigslist forces you to stick to one state > city, so where do I go now?

Best place for legit and professional working actors is Backstage, Playbill, Actors Access. Those are paid listings. Or you can post on a casting notice on a handful of free sites. I have found great talent on NYcastings.com
