So I've been generating 5 leads/day in the casino niche for a while, I know it's a small amount but that's what I'm working with atm. Conversion rate is pretty high, almost 1/5, but people don't seem to be eager to make a deposit. I also suspect working with small traffic amounts in this niche is pretty difficult, so maybe there are ppl or some other types of offers for this niche? Or maybe there are just better casinos to promote that you guys are aware of?
Not really. I sign up plenty of bonus hunters who convert into depositors. In fact some of the free cash bonus hunters are seriously bad gamblers. So once they have blew their wages they look for a fix, sign them up and then the blow their wages again the month after.

I should have said no deposit bonus hunters, my bad. They tend to be after free cash and that is it. I get that the more regular deposit xx and get xx free players do convert. That said they both convert worse than other types of traffic IMO. Like players looking for real money games etc. Anyway, the point I was making is conversion rates largely depend on how hot the traffic is. Some keywords just convert easy, some don't.

And OP, yes, casinos also convert at different rates, need to split test that, try different landing pages too. If you're also working with foreign languages or various geos/countries make sure you are sending players to casinos that accept their country, then make sure you send them to a decent landing page in their language. Detect all this live and route ppl accordingly. Also, no point sending a player somewhere they can't play after they do signup because they can't understand the interface, plenty of sites offer landing pages in say Spanish but once past that the rest is in English etc.
So, as I've run this thing a bit more, I'm seeing some good money and my top 3 geo seem to be US, Germany and Canada. My current casino accepts all of those so I'm good, but maybe there's a well known better one for each of these geos?
For casino you may want to do Revshare anyways, since gambling is addictive it just takes signing up a few whales to get paid for the rest of time
Yes, if only it worked like that, but sadly whales tend to come, and go very quickly.
