Hi,

is it possible to advertise a website that's a casino affiliate website in facebook ads? through cloaking or some other blackhat method?

I see casino ads in my feed regular, so it possible. But it's not easy to approve this.

URLs definitely need to be cloaked/shorted if you don't have Facebook approval to run gambling-related ads. You can try if you want, your ad might even run for half a day but it will ultimately get taken down.

I see fb ads and youtube ads of casino so not so difficult I guess
