Its a scam of course.
You can easily make fake Cashapp and display anything there.
I have even seen such app in DN.
Dont fall for it.

yeah can be edited or made a mockup from the app something simple just to make the scam or make you see what they want or edit a video since there is noting moving and is basically static text, when you feel is so good to be true is when you should be aware that scam could be comming.
