Is there any CPA network that provides an easy tool to keep track of cash incentives/GPT-site?

I haven't heard of this, but why don't you download one of the incentive scripts that are available in the download section and ask a network such as ************** to work with you on it?

Cash incentive model is dead. You will be pressed hard to find a decent network that would allow cash incentive. The same applies to points based model. Although some networks allow other types of incentive such as access to content and stuff as reward most look at your ass through the microscope when you apply for such because too much fraud involved .
