yup 180 days is what you have to wait sadly, there are some brokers that buy accounts like this but give really low rates so it is better to wait the 180 days

Why do people look for solutions when the situation is already clear. If you can't get your money out until after 180days then there is magic anyone can do if you the owner can not. Atleast be glad you have to wait for 3 months and losing out completely.

Feel happy you need that money for your holidays.. some people here may have needed it to put food on their table. Permanent limitation = blocked for 6 months, no way around it.
