I want to know what will happen with your site in the next google's update
 
Not sure but in past month or so success rate with such techniques has decreased quite a lot, 2 months ago i used to have 100% success rate, like 5 out of 5 sites getting to top 3. Now it is quite less but its still working, you need to make little adjustment every month or so because google algorithm is now changing each month.
