Update:
So far no major changes at all in the rankings. The Python script published around 50 articles for website B and 20 articles for website A. Automatically shared all the articles on social media. It also seems many of the articles haven't been indexed yet. I will do some investigation and check why.
Will probably take more time to see some results.

My websites, I built them from ground up.
Its a mix of both. I deleted some content, added new content, etc.
