so, I got a setup like this:
1 major diet niche site.
3 old satellite sites from 2013, same niche as major site. used those 3 in 2013 do to GSA SER ranking and spamming on them.. worked in those years, never worked after 2014
. guess why
so far, I am planning to pack everything, recycle the content to the major site.
the few left backlinks on those 3 small sites are not really worth keeping the domain.
BUT, I thought, hell, why not try to see what happens IF i remove the content AND put the content as an IMAGE again on it. and use the content on my major site.
I use ONE site here as a case study, cause I am to lazy today to write 500 more words...
so, let us start.
(lets just call it "seo diet" )
I use keyword difficulty from ahrefs (which is not soooo accurate, but I dont have kwfinder account)
volume is taken from serplab (more accurate)
site 1, dszd
kw 1: seo diet, diff 16 (44 kwfinder), #28, volume 5400
kw 2: seo diet experience, diff 12, # 21, volume 110
kw 3: seo diet recipes, diff 13 (29 kwfinder), volume 480, #26
-> difficulty 16, for a 2400 exact match word, which IS NOT a buying keyword and diff 12 for volume 70 - thats insane btw.... volume 70 has 10/10 AUTHORITY sites in page 1...
now you can guess why I ditch this shit..
so, for backlinks:
I got 6 PBN ordered mid december, 2 posts for every keyword.
and it has 13 measly links from some old "contextual" spun articles.
anchor ratio , with the pbn posts, approx 12% EM for kw1, and approx 10% for kw2, and 10% for kw3. which is still to high for "natural", but should work.
fun part:
NOW, I will remove the content and replace it with the image of itself.
I only keep the "title" , description and the H2 tag of the page.
so the bots will only know what the pages is about by the off page anchors and the meta.
what I expect: no ranking drop, maybe even increased rankings
time duration. as this is ON PAGE, I expept the usual 72h time frame.
