I try to rank between 10-15 keywords. I usually have 2-3 main keywords and the rest of them are long tails that have between 500-5000 searches, and I also go for phrases that I think people would search even though they don't have any statistics on keyword planner.
For hosting and domains I buy an anual package which includes a free domain, and that's an average of 30 euros a year.
Expired domains I search for them manually, so they don't cost me anything.
For content I go to fiverr and I usually end up paying like 10 $ an article.
