10 March, i have planted 24 internal link to main article, and yesterday it sent about 70 traffic to that page,,

how long it takes to bring to maximum rank?
This is good, i have read it, i will note it as my rule of creating internal link

It depends, but generally after adding a bunch of internal links, rank improvements start showing after 2 weeks and thereafter, it slowly inches upwards, you can keep adding more internal links in the meantime. It start plateauing between 3 & 6 months mark.
