That's a nice case study! Sure, not a new concept, but it's nice to see measurable results first-hand :)
 
So basically what this guy saying is if you are planning to get 10 guess post to your money page you better get one guest post to your money page and point the rest 9 to that guest post you got backlink from

Sorry for the stupid answer (I'm new to SEO). Pointing guest posts to another guest post for what I have learnt is useless. Because you are losing the PR of the tier2 links, wouldn't it better to point the guest posts directly to the money site? All the tier2 links seem to be of decent quality.
 
Interesting post, it's not a new concept. but
It is measurable results. and all the tier 2 links seem to be good quality.
 
TLTR; he explains how to parasite outreached incoming links and semi-blast them with half-quality manual backlinks, naming the whole process "Phantom linkbuilding"

I've been always wondering in a scale of 1 to 10 how useful this type of techniques are. Instead of tiering with oureached links, I may prefer to tier with 2.0 or real extremely high authority parasites that can stand a blast, instead of a poor DR 20 site that could be completely wasted if I blast them, or even If I send a bunch of unknown supposedly manually and half-quality links from a random marketpalce

By the way: why SEO gurus love creating weird names to every single idea that has been drilled over and over again? Personal branding?

Buddy, So your strategy is to use Web 2.0 and High DR parasites as T1, and blast them with T2 links from GSA? :-)

Essentially what almost everyone does nowadays. In fact most people don't even blast a T2 but a T3 of 2.0 and parasites, leave T1 for semi-quality manual backlinks that you can't fully trust (like blasted site themselves).

The reality, is that nowadays the likeliness of having a high DR parasite dropped from the original site is so high, and the fact that 2.0 are being actively monitored by google algorithm, made me leave this for less than 5% of my dedication time every month, considering that there are other more powerful alternatives out there.

Although if you could make a 2.0 rank by itself for certain niche keywords that don't drive any money but organic traffic, I will find powerful T1 to be promoted to my money sites. This is in fact the only reason I still dedicate a very little of my time on this task.
