Interested in your study and definitely follow you

1. The first parasite is wordpress. What about the other 4?
2. Are you targeting the same keyword for these 5 parasites or different. If you are targeting the same keyword, then are you using unique content for each parasite?
3. You mention you are targeting product review. What is the search volume for the keyword?
4. What about competition. Allintitle, what sort of sites are ranking in top 10.
5. All the best!

1. I'm looking at soup.io, weebly, tumblr, and blogger/youtube.
2. I'll be using different niches and keywords. All 1000 word articles would come from me, all original content 100% copyscape passed.
3. I've posted the serpbook screenshots and it could be seen there.
4. Top 10 are amazon, ecommerce sites, and high authority sites. Competition Med-High
5. Thanks
If you want some 301 redirect spam shoot me a PM. I can get you some 301 shorteners and pump them up for you.

Good luck!

Thank you so much. I'll send details over now.
Definitely interesting, subscribed for updates.

What is the competition for those keywords ?
Medium-High Competition
hey can you tell me what is the name of the site/tool you took the screenshot for serp.

It's serpbook.com

Good luck, I'm sure you'll have excellent results I am a BIG user of parasites - in fact I make or work on them daily along with having my VA pump out content for them daily. Great tool for SEO while easily ranking for long tails and making sales/conversions at well. I'm a big parasite fan, sure you will be too if you're not already!

Thanks! Wish me luck! :D

Update Day 2:

Site already indexed, no SERP movements.
Still blasting links with GSA.
Contacted lightningblitz with details for the 301 redirect spam

Interesting case study!!
Do you use your keyword in the url for your wordpress blog?
Or just a generic term for the url?

i am also curious if this will work.. and if it does how long it will last :) keep us updated

I mention the product name in the URL.

Same here, I'm doing this to see if it will really rank, and how long the ranks will last.

how many links do Ahrefs show?

Here you go:

Good thread.

Parasite site is my number #1 favorite.

Nice Thread!

What's you anchor diversity for tier 2? contextual too?

Good Luck!

you created a fresh blog hosted on WordPress.com for your property for this? This isn't how I would do it with that property; I will try to write more when I get home but spamming up a brand new WP blog isn't going to have the same affect (although with a regular linking campaign it will have a headstart over a fresh domain and be free), at least I'm doubtful it will, as spamming up a lot of other possible properties. I wouldn't use it as other properties that are more interactive, tied in with other users and less brand new content created in one spot at the same time.

For example a submission to a social bookmarking site (digg used to be my favorite since they changed I don't have a new one), a Facebook wall post set to public, an authority forum post (BHW gets love but don't spam us!), parasites like these are treated differently than creating a whole blog and Google treats them getting blasted with links differently too; those will rank for an exact match on your post title easy, your blog will probably not see the positive and quick results yore expecting.

The properties I gave as examples, even without backlinks they are going to be page 1s for an exact match possibly even in hours; your Wordpress blog has some extra authority behind it but Google still treats it as a new site - it isn't anywhere in SERPS when you throw some posts up all on its own.

Check rankings on content on your parasites before using this method but the biggest sign if it's a good property to just spam away is if it's a a social type site with user interaction as chances are these rank well on their own (and are just new posts not new sites).

Yes they are. I just duplicated the project in GSA, so it has the same anchor diversity as the first tier.

Yes, I am spamming it out just to test it. I'll maybe use youtube and facebook to test out your suggestion. I still have 4 more properties waiting so I'll try your method in one of the property. I'll try to rank a facebook post, 1 from an authority forum.

UPDATE Day 4:

Still building links
Bing ranking 8!
End.
