[Case Study] MNS 5400 exact - test for my future projects

I am decided to make one test for my future projects and i am sharing it with you.

Data from G keyword tool:

Keyword Searches Exact: 5400
Competition: 0,03
CPC: $2,59
allintitle: "KW" is 12.800
Niche: Health

Domain details:
It is EMD, was reg 4 months ago and was installed a blank WP.

What i did till now:

Added one 700 word article, that targeting my main keyword. Site is already indexed, google needed 5 days to crawl my page.

I have also build about 1600 profile backlinks, checked them with SB for sticked links - about 1100 links. After this blasted all sticked profile links with SB (AA list). After 1 day there are already 5 indexed backlinks.

What next?
I have already created a 30 day action plan, for each day will be created 50-200 links, and after blasting them to the hell with SB for faster indexing.

After my site got indexed the big G placed my site to the 33 position. After 2 days i am now here:

I am still blasting my profile links with SB AA list. This list is not the best, it is outdated a bit. May anyone can provide one solid AA list for me for this case study? All AA lists at the download section sames outdated or even some of them are not AA.

I'm doing the same, I made two posts so far. one for the main KW, and another for one of the long tail KW.

I'm ranking #52 in G right now, I've done it two weeks ago. Domain registered two weeks ago as well. It is an EMD with hyphens (-) between words.

I haven't done any linking yet.

I'll keep checking this thread to see how it goes for you!

Thanks for your replay. I am sure the key is a constant link building, this is the reason why i set a 30 day plan. I am thinking now to add some more extra days and go for 45 days.

I'm also with this kind of journey for the last 3 months...I left my sites to sit a little time and now I'm starting to create backlinks xD
 
I did some extra profile links and now i am pinging them and will blast them with SB. Later will recheck my SE position. For now i am not care about the number of non indexed pages.

I have just got a copy of SB, can you explain this process and how I do it?

Also, are you not bookmarking any of your links?

I am not using any kind of bookmarking for this test.

It is not hard:

1. save your profile urls to txt file
2. follow my provided screen shot

Hint: Always randomize your SB AA list for better result.

Right now i am targeting them not directly, i am using long tail KW only for my SB blasts to the profile links.
But later will target them more directly for even more SE traffic.
 
If you're rankings stuck, try adding another article targeting long tail keywords. Good luck with your test!

It is day 3 and i am starting implement my day 3 plan. During night pinged my profile links, early morning created a RSS file with my profile links and submitted it to RSS directories.

Now i am starting creating new profile links. Serp ranking will be checked later.

[EDIT] In my third day plan are included some high PR (PR6-PR9 main page) EDU and GOV links (20+).

I'm doing similar.

EMD 2 domains 6-8k exact. 30k search comp for one 13k for the other. Blasting web2.0/AMR tiers round the clock with AA.

Starting to see movements now. Was getting worried at first blasting no longer works but they seem to be taking hold now.

Was around 50s at first after just amr/web 2.0 submissions. Now after a week or so of blasting I was 16 yesterday for the 30k comp one but dropped back to 19 for now with that one. The other is 36 currently- only started blasting this one a couple days ago really.

You need constant blasts 30 days, day after day. I have done few tests before and never had success with sites blasted once. Sure your rank will go up, but only for short time.

My ranking changed today not, one long tail KW vent a bit up.

[EDIT] My site is bouncing like crazy from 19-21 position. It changed his position few times in last 10 minutes. Hope this is normal.

Day 4:

I am finally finished with my full time job and i am now creating few new links (89). My ranking moved one spot up and i am now at the 18th place. I am focusing today more on pinging and checking my indexed links. I am "only" 17 positions far from the top :).
 
Constant link building is the key yes. To get a variety of links from sites then link building is a yes. Should I focus on short tailed keywords as well
as long tailed keywords or will just one type do?

Before this project i focused mainly only on my main KW. Now at this project i am building about 70% for main KW, others are long tails. Not sure how will end this project, but i am strictly following my 30 day plan.

Wikipedia is on first spot and few other high PR sites are camping on first site.
