    This thread isn't really for anyone but me. I am going to be posting daily stats for my sites and a record of what I did that day. It'll be a place for me to track my thoughts but I think some users might find some value in watching the process.

    HANDS-ON

    Today was an awesome day. On Mondays I start class at 10AM but I get to school at 8:30AM because I choose to walk my girlfriend to school so she doesn't have to take the subway alone. I spend the hour and a half I have to catch up on home work, work on my sites, and respond to any emails I may have. I do this all at my schools brand new entrepreneurship center.

    A great think about the new center is that they painted a two walls so that they could be used as dry erase boards so I did just that. I started to play around and next thing I know I spent the next hour filling up the wall with ideas of how to completely change up my current project to not only make it more user friendly, but also make it more profitable. I was an endless stream of ideas and I was in no rush to leave so I skipped my next two classes and ended up working until 2:30PM when I finally told myself I needed to go to my last two classes. The whole time I did this, students and professors would come in, admire my projects, and fuel my with new ideas.

    Today was productive. I ended up creating two new sales funnels that we are doing to implement in the coming days. I redesigned and expanded on our current signup process and I created a mock up for a brand new upgrade page. I added so many ideas and features that it's really just too much to talk about.

    Removing all the fake followers from the twitter account It's taking a really long time but it's going to be worth it.

    Before coming taking equity in the site, my partner bought a bunch of crap backlinks from Fiverr cause he thought they would do us well. I am going through all 1,086 of them one by one and putting the bad eggs in a google see so that I can disavow them,

    What business is this? Based on the jargon you're using, is this a SaaS?

    Yes it is SaaS. Don't want to talk too much more about what is that we are doing as that's not the point of this thread. If you have any ideas about building traffic to SaaS products, please share them here. Right now I am using the legendary meathead method.

    How do you manage to remove the fake followers from Twitter? Do you check and block them one by one?

    I found the following code online. It goes through your followers and deletes all the fake looking followers. The ones with no tweets and the ones with egg profile pics. It's not perfect but it does a pretty good job in my opinion.

    How it works is you open up chrome then navigate to: http://twitter.com/followers

    Once there you will right click the page and click inspect element. Click console, paste the following code, then press enter.

    Code:
    var acc, i = 0;var remover = {
        init: function () {
            alert("***************************************************************\n******************** @ClaytonnLambert **********************\n***************** http://blog.claytonn.com ******************\n***************************************************************\n > This process may take some time.\n > This tab will become unusable while processing.\n > If the page stops loading new followers, simply reload and input the script again. \n > Tweet @ClaytonnLambert for help!");
            remover.loadAccounts();
        },
        loadAccounts: function () {
            acc = [];
            $('.ProfileCard-bg').each(function () {
                acc.push($(this).parent());
            });
            remover.checkAccounts();
        },
        checkAccounts: function () {
            i = 0;
            acc.forEach(function (profile) {
                i++;
                var w = 0;
                if ($(profile).find('.ProfileCard-bio').text().length < 15) {w++;}
                if ($(profile).find('.ProfileCard-avatarImage').attr('src').indexOf("default_profile_images/default_profile") >= 0) {w=w+2;}
                if ($(profile).find('.ProfileCard-bg').css('background-image') == "none") {w=w+2;}
                if ($(profile).find('.ProfileNameTruncated-link').text().match('[^\x00-\x7F]+')) {w++;}

                if (w > 2) {
                    if (($('.alert-messages .hidden'))) { $('.alert-messages').remove(); }
                    $(profile).find('.user-dropdown').trigger('click');
                    $(profile).find('.block-text').find('.dropdown-link').trigger('click');
                    $('.block-button').trigger('click');
                }

                if(i == acc.length){ remover.flushAccounts(); }
            });
        },
        flushAccounts: function () {
            if($('.has-more-items')){
                $('html, body').animate({scrollTop: 0}, "slow", function () {
                    $('.u-lg-size1of3').remove();
                }).animate({scrollTop: $(document).height()}, "slow", function () {
                    remover.loadAccounts();
                });
            }else{
                alert('Done');
            }
        }

    Could be, could not. ;) Probably is...

    I have quite a few projects going on right now.

    I won't be talking about money made or money spent. This is just to keep track of my stats.

    HANDS-ON

    Was about to lose my mind yesterday. more then a month we have been ranking on the 1st and second page for about 70 KWs. Big keywords and long tail keywords. All of them disappeared almost overnight. Now we have a couple of long tails that are on page 11 but thats about it. Bye bye organic traffic.

    I looked in webmaster tools and there was no action against us. the developers theory is it's because we have been having problems with our host and https. Once all that is sorted we hope we make our return to greatness.

    Good news is that we were written about on a huge blog owned by a BHW member and we are extremely appreciative for it.

    Nothing much to update today, other than we figure out the problem and are ranking for more keywords than before. Our rankings have done a full rebound and we are even ranking #41 for a huge keyword I never expected us ranking for. I'm talking like 135,000 monthly searched and that's with almost no content on the site.

    For the next few weeks I'll be implementing some of T0mmy's and LightningBlitz's techniques for SEO.

    As of right now we haven't really done much SEO. We are getting links naturally through people writing about us and tweeting about us which we are very fortunate for. I plan on reaching out to a few of the REAL authority sites like TechCrunch to see if we can get something written about us there. We are also planning for a ProductHunt launch once we have the final version ready. (If you're experienced with PH launches or have the ability to post on PH, please contact me.)

    Other than that I have done a lot of manual commenting on blog posts and answering on Yahoo! Answers but not for SEO purposes, mostly just to provide real feedback and answer people's questions.

    Some people might consider our SEO plan pretty slack, but you know what... it's working, and that's not something a lot of people on this forum can say. For now, we are letting people write about us as much as they want and we have tons of offers. The tricky part is how to convince the big times to write about us with out slipping them huge parts of our revenue.

    It's all a mystery right now when it comes to SEO but as soon as we have it all flushed out I'll let you know my plan.

    Thanks PWD, I'll keep updating daily.

    As for your question, I won't answer it because it's been mentioned in the thread and a simple search will tell you.
