After reading it I am thinking to start learning SEO one more time.

Can someone explain to me why this kid is seemingly famous among the basement dwelling seo community? Is it just because he was successful early on or what?

Even though that blog is a joke...it gets a bunch of traffic and you will get good exposure from it. Go for it. I would do it 100%. That market is your target audience 100%. But pelase throw in terms like "secret sauce" and "Panda proof" in your post...your conversion rates will be through the roof.

Interesting how ahrefs is one of the best SEO tools out there yet their blog is horrible.
