For what its worth, I think a 3 month ban was probably a little overboard for Kalyken. He was a donor, high rep, contributed to the community (like this excellent thread). I'd like to have updates on this project he's doing, yet he can't post again for another month.
I'm not entirely convinced that the post he was banned over was being prejudiced, there are more than one way to read it -- he could have been just trying to be helpful (obviously with 594 thanks and 288 rep it couldn't hurt to give him the benefit of the doubt).

10 million comments? Now I know I missed something. Been pummeling my money site for the whole week with 40k comments and YSE showed 3k backlinks, but still my site unable to pass page 5. I just need to be more aggressive I guess.

Regarding the Adsense account, if you are in the US, just get a Greendot card. You can open a new Adsense account that way. With a Greendot card, not only do you have a debit card number, but you also have a checking account number and a routing number. Greendot also accepts direct deposit.
