I usually use zend2.com to check my ranks (outside of sescout.com). It's an anonymous browser with a US proxy.

Yeah its dancing a bit. I never targeted that keyword before and this service is the only thing that has ranked me on page 2 for that keyword.
Remember its a very, very tough keyword with 1.2 exact searches a month.

I went from #10 to #6-#7 for a 90k exact per month. It's hard to tell where it's at with such bad communication. I was going to buy about a dozen more, but communication is too poor. I say 6-7 because I began new projects to the keyword, because I assumed the project was done, or atleast the bulk of it. I was expecting more movement.

Yes, the communication hasn't been as good as the service itself. I got results but I had to PM him 2-3 times for any queries etc.

I wanted to get a customer.. Before I wanted to know how much improvement I could expect and sent him some screens of market samurai. He asked for the keyword and didn't answer for 4 days.. I thought he has stolen my kw.. Really bad communication.

I'm really sorry abt that! Most people shoot me a PM & a consecutive mail & a skype & suppose i decide to have their PM replied they don't check it BUT check their mail & post in the thread " I HAVEN'T STILL RECEIVED A REPLY" which makes me to update the thread, & adds to the stack of communication queue.
Next, some shoot me a PM & within 2-3 hrs, they shoot another one asking " I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A REPLY STILL!!!"
& some DON'T even understand it's weekends, & some NEVER read the thread when we update something like " We'll not be available for the next 3 days due to festival holidays" & shoot me consecutive PM's. It goes...
It takes atleast 24 hrs to have your request serviced. Moreover due to the unique nature of the service, people are much interested in it & i receive an abnormal no of PM & skype requests, to which it takes time to respond.
You got to undrerstand that it takes sometime to receive a reply...as each PM & the questions are complicated & it takes sometime to answer them...
To get all these confusions sorted out, we'll be having a zendesk system soon & all support requests go via zendesk

sounds like you are very familiar with the service, so ive got some questions for you, ive highlighted your comments in RED about the facebook fanpages - are you saying that he
1 creates 5 brand new fanpages for each new keyword
2 or 5 new fanpages in total
3 or are you saying that he already has 5 fanpages and merely posts an anchor text link for each keyword?
i also see from the diagram that theres mention of 10 video submissions, but you dont mention that in your review - any idea whats involved there - does the supplier create videos or does he do the submission once the client provides the vidoes?

bk071: thanks a lot for providing this screenshot as it helps us to see whats going on - having said that im a bit unclear about exactly what is going on
you said in your original post that kw1 amd kw2 had reached 1st position, yet looking at details of 1st position of screenshot #1 and screenshot #2, i can see that the sites are different:-
site occupying 1st position in #1, has dropped to 9th position in #2 and site occupying 1st position in #2 is occupying 3rd in #1.
do you mind highlighting which site is yours so we can more clearly follow your progress. THANKS GIVEN to you for starting this thread and spending time answering other bhw'ers.
ps - btw, any reason why you havent included your kw in your DESC? youve spent the money on building the site and getting the backlinks, might as well sort the on-page out too whilst youre at it. absolutely no offence intended...
