Case Study - Effects of Web 2.0 Structure

Just curious about a couple things:

1. Why stop your dripable blasts after 4-5 days?
2. You said you're blasting the tier 2 only because you're double-buffering your site that has some authority. Is that the only reason not to blast tier 1? I.e., have you - or has anyone else - seen any negative impact to blasting 1st tier web 2.0s?

I have now scheduled dripable for another 15 days, 500 links per day on the tier 2 properties and all of the links pointing to them.

I don't know if blasting the tier 1s would be a problem or not...

OK having my first go at scrapebox and decided to use it in conjunction with this case study - I have purchased a list (from BHW) of 130k AA blogs:)

I have loaded up all of my properties - tier1,tier2 and tier3 links into scrapebox and have begun a full blast - comments please because I'm a total SB n00b, but wanted to see what will happen:)

Edit:BTW keyword is now sitting at #17 --lets see what effect the blast has...

My opinion:

What you do is too weak. Way to weak! There's no way you get in top 5. Not even with high PR links.

You want to do a test then test non-existent keywords or super low competition keywords.

Also, if you want to build a network of support sites go like this:

tier1: 100 sites on your own domains and hosting
tier2: for each of those 100 build 100 free blogs on all 100 platforms from phpbuilt's list.
tier3: for each 100 free blogs build 100 other free blogs.
100-200 AMR blast for each free blog (100*100*100 = 1,000,000 articles)
autoapprove d0f0llow comments to everything
manual high PR comments to money site and the 100 satellites
high PR posts to satellites and money site

that should get you somewhere :)

no, you can't do it manually

Get lost smartass...
Only joking what your suggesting sounds like a bad-ass method!! That's the next step for me but I need more tools cos I definitely cannot create all of those manually!

What software would you recommend to automate that?

Thats definitely a strategy lol ;)

Going to add some bits of that into my next keyword campaign lol hopefully it is successful :P

no existing tool can help you with that. you have to build your own. the cost for en entire such campaign is pretty high as you can expect. not only you need tools but also shitloads of seeds.

So far I got the content/seeds part covered - i have about 500,000 words of spintax for this one niche. Took 1 year to do that.

Now I'm building some automation systems.

Then I deploy.

Hopefully I won't grow old and die by the time money start rolling in lol

For my Tier1 I am using:
blogspot.com
wordpress.com
tumblr.com
tripod.com
wikidot.com
webs.com
multiply.com
blog.com
moonfruit.com
posterous.com
hubpages.com (what problem you having here?)
squidoo.com
blog.co.uk

For tier 2 as I said, I order elsewhere. Fiver gig is here:
http://fiverr.com/johnmalekin/create-you-30-high-pr-web-2-0-accounts-only

Only problem I realised was that all accounts have same username, also have another source for unique properties, will PM.

This guy rocks!!! I ordered his gig, gave me around 40 web 2.0 with different usernames and info(i asked him if he could make them randomized) + tons of accounts for seo (article directories, web profiles, social bookmarks...) FOR 5 DOLLARS.

I'm going to resell his gig :)

Gotta love how the MO drops bombs like this one. No WSO, no hype, no fanfare, no thread of its own even, just a monster technique and a little irony. Go MadOctopus. I am your fan.

UPDATE:
Keyword is now #18
Today I am building some EDU backlinks (500) to all of my tier1 and teir 2 properties as well as 1000 social bookmarking submissions distributed between tier 1 and tier 2.

Appreciate you sharing this case study. I'm doing something similar right now myself. Curious if you're keeping track of how fast different web 2.0 site get indexed and at what rank?

No I don't bother with doing these checks:) not a bad idea though.

I have now put all my tier 1s in NHSEO.

wow... very impressive.. I am a noob and learning alot here.. I think I'll do everything manually first to get the hang of things..

Update us as well DAvid... you arr excellent we need more of you hahaha

I'm ending this study now - my link structure combine with dripable, scrapebox and NHSEO got me just off page 1.

Now I have expanded my link building efforts for this keyword.

From my study though I think it shows that they are pretty effective;)
