Isn't it obvious?
It is to me, and I am sure it is to you, too
You make a "case study" thread. Great! I love them!
Then I realise it's a live case study, not one that was already done. Okay, not too much of a problem..
Then, the PROVIDER of the service in question replies to the thread. Now we KNOW he is watching it. Things are now becoming a little unreliable, in the sense of an 'unbiased case study'. I am not saying you, as the OP are biased - but we have now given the service provider free public advertising, where he has the opportunity to 'ensure' the campaign works well.
Given that we know he has his own personal interests to protect - AS WELL AS the report not being delivered for 40 days, when the ETA is 13-16 days.. I think it is "safe" to say that the only real case study here is about how service providers will go to extreme lengths when their service is put on public display.
I am sorry, but the case study really did end when the provider saw the thread. Seriously, your site is dancing for over 40 days... it sounds like link building efforts are obviously STILL going on to this day for that to be happening. SERP's don't bounce around for 40 days if you stop building links. They will eventually stop, somewhere.
So links are obviously still being built up or the Tier 2's are being hammered or whatever - and quite obviously the service provider isn't going to be working for 40 days on each of his clients projects...
Anyway, that's just my opinion. You can take it as you will.
PS: Personally, although the diagram in the OP was dressed up to look good - (I had a really quick glance at it) it looked like there were quite simply way too many links pointing directly to 1 or 2 URL's for it to be effective. I am not sure how you've set it up Matrix, but we can't shower a small portion of the site in links, and other pages with nothing. I am sure you know this, but perhaps this is what has happened in this case.
Nothing against you, because I follow along your posts and threads and receive them well - I just feel in this case, the public eye has been deceived by the service provider. Just an opinion, again.
