Thoughts

The additional 2 articles per every set would need some time to get running.
Although I think it is worth to add in more to the testset in order to make solid conclusions.

This test will take quite a lot of time.
I am not doing any backlinks, or keyword research on these domains.
but I am planning to do testing those topics also.
how its going so far?

I've tried the same things last year.
In my experience, all the blogs got hit after operating with AI after 1~3 months.
Exposure became less than 1/10 compared to before it got hit.
Maybe it has something to do with how often you are posting. But that was just my experience.

I was told by BHers you can dump thousands articles in one shot without any problem. That's what I am starting to do, 90k articles uploaded :)
If I had to upload 10 a day, it would have taken years to upload everything, so sometimes we don't have the choice. All the big players have sites with thousands pages and I highly doubt they drip fed the upload, they certainly uploaded everything in one shot.
They will probably end up penalized but meanwhile if they make some money it's fine.. Then rince and repeat.

Purpose of this study
This is a test to check out how AI articles amount affect the CTR and Rankings of SEO.

I have created a AI blogging site and indexed 20000 articles at the start of june.

It is not doing too bad, but the rankings are quite low (40.9).
I think there is a correlation of how much content you post and how high you rank in keywords.
But this is a guess, I want to prove that this is true.

Also, quite a lot of people are reporting that indexing a lot of content leads to google penalizing SEO.

Test Cases
domain 1
5 AI posts per day

domain 2
10 AI posts per day

domain 3
30 AI posts per day

domain 4
50 AI posts per day

domain 5
100 AI posts per day

All articles have the same topic (Gaming).
All the articles have the same website html format and is created equal.

Some may post less, but that is cuz my code is shit.
Try to make the blogs less Ai Generated, make them humanize by tools and add keywords properly, some blog will rank soon!

you can post thousands a day if you have a website with enough authority & trust,
majority of new websites will be burnt before you start making any decent amount,

get a freshly expired domain < 6 months that still indexed and have couple of keywords that still ranks, as well as having some good link profile,
or an established website with decent authority that has been running for at least a year+,

then you can get the pass to mass publish articles (relatively speaking ofc),
keep in mind that it still & most probably will tank if you just upload a bunch of spam content,
that will get your UX signals bad enough to trigger a possible penalty or/and manual checks, etc...
you could still generate a ton of ai articles that meets the least quality to keep users engaged, get your own twist

All the best for the journey.

Thanks for your reply. Well I don't have the patience for all of this, I'm building several websites with thousands pages that I upload in a few minutes when my script has finished building the whole site. I know some will tank rapidly, but some will stick enough to make money.
I made a fake forum with 60000 pages for example, all uploaded in a few minutes on a new domain, the site lasted more than one year and bring me some good money. I think it depends on several factors, niche, competition, country, etc.
But yeah if you can, maybe it's better to upload a few articles a day. But it's not possible if you want to spam thousands pages otherwise it would take years litteraly.

Good Luck With Journey. Any Update?

I’ve always just assumed the correlation between the amount of pages and the rankings is due to the page rank being spread out over the pages.

My understanding of page rank or juice or whatever you/google call it these days (basically the link juice) is that the more pages you have the more the juice is spread around.

I think this is why seo pruning works. If you have a normal human written website with loads of pages but there are many pages getting no traffic you can delete those pages and in theory it should increase the rankings of the other pages because they will have more internal juice now.

Great case study. I’m excited to see the results.

Hi mate, some sites index well, other don't. It's pretty much random. To make it work you have to create many sites, so some will stick and bring some money while others will not. It's a numbers game, as often

what was the niche of the forum mate if you don't mind sharing? also, when you dumped those 60,000 pages, did you use any indexing tool to index those threads/pages?

Several niches, computing, automotive, all niches where you can find a forum for, except health and shady topics.
I don't use indexing tools, I just upload my xml sitemaps on GSC
