How can you get around the issues with google and others like adcenter with this method?
I've heard alot of people talk about it, but this is the most detailed thread I've ran accross.
My adcenter history gives me insane low cpc's and I'm wanting to try this out.
What if I was to create a blog and users land on the homepage. Give some info about whatever and they click a link going to an internal page?
On that internal page link out to a cpa offer or whatever?
I understand cloaking, but I'm not sure when to use it.
The scripts you provided I'm not sure exactly what it does. I mean what is it hiding from google?
So will google not see the post with the big call to action banner?

Now a days I can see so many cloaked offers in the google content ads. If you search you may find the script but don't use your real accounts to those cloaking stuff.

I just started into the CPA, and Adwords was my first way to promote the CPA offers
but found out that you can't directly promote an offer via adwords ad, and my ad was
disapproved like 3 times because of the destination page, which leaded me to find out
that I need a landing page or a bridge page, which has to be relevant to my adwords ad.
I even tried with one of my blogs with Adsense on it, which is also was disapproved, because
you can't send visitors from adwords to a site or blog that has adsense (Arbitrage).
I didn't know that too, just learning by mistakes.
will be nice if you have any template about any well approved CPA landing page just want to
have an idea how to make mine.
I think PPC is the hardest way to promote CPA but once you find out how to find the best keywords
and cheapest for your CPA, then you can make good money with it.
