I’m trying to find some backlink providers for my site. I noticed a lot of people adding themes like Johnny Bravo, Superman, Batman, Dexters lab, Cow and Chicken etc
I am just wondering what is the deal here? Are people using these themes symbolically like secret SEO / IM codes / information about things they’re selling or what? I don’t get it.

OK so it’s just being used on a whim. That’s good least one less thing for me to think about. So many sellers though :confused:

They do it to draw attention - also means they don't have to create a cartoon character.

Some of them go crazy like that Matrix Sherlock holmes one where the guy even did a comic within it.
 
I think they are targetting spammy backlinks to 10 yr olds, hence the cartoon. :suspicious:
