Its not full words in domain part. Extension matters but I think it would make sense if domain itself if a keyword would be more relevant to Google and others.

It's really not worth anything, like WhoYoDaddy says because the e is missing from the last word.

I don't see the point in buying a .es domain if you're not going to be targeting spanish people. Because you'll rank better in the spanish google with a .es domain but spanish people don't search for car insurance in english like you have in your domain. Not to mention like others have said, it's missing the e at the end.
