The billing address is static and unique for each BIN. It's accessible from the card menu via the "Billing Address" button.

You can top up your account directly with cryptocurrency in the “Finance” section, or use one of the methods here: https://capitalist.net/finance/deposit.
You need to select either a UCP or an ECP account in the “Accounts & Cards” section, then go to “Fiat accounts” in Capitalist to add funds to your Cards Pro balance. After that, you can top up the card from your Cards Pro account balance (The login credentials for the Cards Pro account and the Capitalist account are the same).
