But the ad account will likely continue to be temporarily detained in the future. In my opinion, you should use new ad accounts instead, so your work will be more stable.

yes this problem is very difficult now, really very annoying

What kind of hold are you under? There are many types of card holds, you know exactly your case then you will find a way to solve it
 
Currently this problem is happening frequently. Try to pay your bills on time and keep your account balance above the threshold
