Yeah they would have killed him! and people saying that he should have driven slower or on an other part of the road should look at the movie again. From the driver's point of view he wanted to get away because had panicked (at first he stopped but look closer they tried to open the door and started to beat on the car's windows) and then he just hit the gas pedal, first tried to avoid a larger group of people on his left side (take a close look at it - that's why he went to the right) and then just continued to drive. (when he bumped into the curb he turned left again)

Don't tell me you wouldn't have done the same? And don't tell me that your car wouldn't drift if you go from 0mph to a kickstart on this slick road!

I think it's really horrible what happened there and violence is never an answer but why would they attack an (rumor has it) U.S. diplomat and his family in the car, did they expect him to step out of the car saying hello?

That's the kind of headline I'd expect to see with the drivers around where I live.

Well this kind of situations are kinda hard indeed i have no doubt that they would have beaten the people in car or killed them. I i would have hired to get them safe i would have done the same since can't really see other opionion. Though its sad this happened i bet no one wanted it. But sometimes things just are more complicated than they seem

this is absolutely horrible, it just sets the whole tone for their government as a whole
