lol. i don`t think people really buy new cars to be delivered online.
if they buy one, their dealer can deliver it.

and i think people really want to see and drive a used car before they buy.

seems like a really small niche to me.

you could test it offcourse, and set up a test page and stop the proces on the payment page and say service temporary unavailable.

if it turns out you would have had enough sales, aproach cardealers yoarself and cut a deal with them personaly.
you get them the custimers, and they pay a commision to you. and deliver the car.
for them those are clients they would never had normaly.
if you can show them proof and have a decent plan, they will do business with you instantly

if the audience is there you`ve got no competition and could make a bundle.

and offcourse you should push insurance, financing and a few extras to the buyers as well.

Look into imports. There's plenty of fanboys out there who don't know how to get their hands on a R34 Skyline :D

your`talking about setting up a real business. thats a lot of work. and very hard to be a middle man and deal with people in japan. If you`re good you can make a lot of money, but not really IM related.

its just a bit of out the box thinking. its not that hard when you train you mind to do it.

just thought that plan up in under a minute after reading your post..

if you come up with a good plan, like dropshipping cars, just test the concept wit a fake page without actually selling something.

and if it turns out to work, find a way to fill demand.

If you follow this path, just be prepared for A LOT of work! One person, making a website, marketing it, arranging purchase, clearing customs, shipping ect ect

This market is likely very very difficult for you to get into. Im not saying its not possible and not to crush your dreams but here a few things you'll end up needed.

    Lots of capital (money)

    * Contacts overseas (you need to get a deal on these cars and then convince them to send them on a boat) Which is very expensive and can be a huge hassle!

    * Once its in the country your going to need transportation to the end user. Most car transporters dont just drop a car off at someones house.

The logistics alone are going to be a killer

    * A lot of research! you wont be able to just pick any car and import it. Even between Canada and the US there are vehicles that cannot be imported until a set period of time *3-7 years*

    * Then theres the website which is the easy part

    * Marketing at first could be done locally I guess..... but when you think about it... out of 100k people... there may be 500 that can afford the cost of importing a vehicle. Out of those 500 people maybe 1 or 2 would want an import depending on the area.

A lot of these cars are more easily obtained by contacting the Manufacturer and asking them how they can buy one. Most major companies sell within the US and those that dont ... already have an import network aligned.

Like I said, not to rain on the idea... but it is my opinion that this is not something your going to be able to set up a website for and figure it out from there. You'll need a decent team at best and a bunch of cash.

I havent researched the business at all but it really doesnt seem feasible without all of the above.

like i said, thats a business on its own and and has nothing to do with IM and affiliate marketing(basicly act as a middle man)

but if you do start it and get the right connections, you can make good money from it.
