Car dealership review site

There are tons and tons of car dealerships in my area, so i am thinking about building a site that reviews them.

Is it a bad idea to list car dealerships send them traffic and then present to them the traffic i am sending them and basically say if you want me to keep your review on the site it will cost $xxx per month?

I don't see why not. The ones with negative reviews might pay to be removed if you play hardball with them.
