I'm really interested in this information and I'm willing to pay If anobody can help me out with this.

They simply rip them from Youtube and other video sites.

I don't know If you've noticed, but most of the videos have a watermark of 'KAPKAM', which is a company that sells cameras for dashboard.

For some reason I believe KAPKAM has a library, where they keep dashboard videos. I've seen 3-4 channels that upload basically the same videos. That's the reason I want more information.

Have you ever thought it is just a watermark that is used in the videos for these cameras? Believe it or not, the videos are simply ripped from YouTube and other video sharing sites.
