capture streaming video to hard drive

    anyone know of a free program that can capture long streaming movies to a hard drive? thx

    Sothink web video downloader. That's what i use and it can download all kinds of streaming videos, including megavideo. Has FF addon too. Hope this helps.

    coolest addon is "Downloadhelper" for firefox and flock. Orbit downloader is another option

    There's a program called ReplayMediaCatcher, works for me since you can start and stop the download at certain parts of the movie so you only get what you need.
