I'm facing the same issue since 2-3 weeks and thought it was because of my dynamic IP.
I solved the issue by installing Privacy Pass plugin (recommended at the end of captcha page) and logging in through
https://www.blackhatworld.com/login/login

I don't get it here on BHW but I do on a bunch of other sites.
In just the last month or so, I did more captchas than previous in my entire life.

We are constantly reviewing ways to improve the forum and what frustrates the community. One such item is spam posts and one way to prevent these is to use captcha's. Instead of blanket forcing it for everyone the system implemented picks which users based upon a lot of different factors so some will see it more than others.
For obvious reasons we are not going to disclose the rules that are used to pick which users are shown the captcha.
We apologise if this causes anyone any issues but it is a necessary precaution for the forum. Please note we did use hCaptcha as you can then use privacy pass to minimise it.

Same here. It seems to be an ip thing. I only get it with cable/wifi (ipv6), on 4G there's no such issue.
