Captcha on TPB problem?

Is it just me that hasnt been able to register a new account for over a week? The captcha just doesnt appear. I'd like to know if its a problem or if theyve blocked my entire IP range (which sounds very unlikely)

It isnt an ip block, the captcha server for registering new accounts is down. However, if you have an existing account you can upload without entering captchas at the moment, if that helps
