There's almost no information about it on that webpage. OCR technology isn't unique, it's been developed by many companies. However soon the CAPTCHA will evolve to 3D images and all current OCR software will be rendered useless.
Why waste the money when the tech is just going to evolve every year? If you make a sizable return on your ads you could afford it, but I just don't think it's for the average joe.
