Capped CPC scam?

A telemarketing company called me today offering me average rank 1-6 on adwords every day Australia wide for $3000-$6000/year and no cpc charges.

Smells like a scam to me has anyone had experience with this sort of thing?

If it looks like a pig and smells like a pig ---------- Then....

LOL when I queried the address they gave me that was purportedly their registered company office I found a phone number that was for a legal firm at that address that was disconnected.

After the sales guy tried to tell me it's difficult to register a company here(which it really isn't you just fill in the paperwork, pay the fee and you have a company) I explained to him that until i was able to verify their information with a live Australian person he wished me luck with my business and said bye.
