Can't View iframed CPA offer?? :(

I cropped a ifrmaed CPA offer and am trying to display on my landing page. The offer displays for only US traffic and i am based in UK, so i am normally redirected to another offer.
I used hotspot shield to view the offer and it worked last night as it would let me view it and i found that the ip i was using was based in california.
This morning however it will not let me view the offer even when it says i am using a US ip (it shows nothing at all)... although when i use my normal UK ip it still redirects me.

This leads me to think 1 of 2 things.

1. hotspot shield isnt giving me correct info regarding location or something...
2. CPA offer isnt even showing all the time for US residents (this is bad as will mess with my conversion BIG TIME)

Hoping you guys can shed some light on this.

Use browsershots.org to preview your landing page with iframes to see if it turns out ok. Just make sure to narrow down the list of browsers because if you don't, you'll have over 100 clicks on the offer in your cpa stats right off the bat.

Ive entered the URL it came back with 10 screenshots and 7/10 showed correct offer whilst the other 3 showed the offer shown to me when i try to view from my UK ip... is there anyway you can find out using this website the location each screenshot was taken from?

I am sure if real us visitor will come across your offer he will see it, I guess 3 time you did not see your offer, it was problem with proxy. BTW what I doing when I promote iframed offer for us, I am set up content locker for all countries accept USA, you even can write that software developer or site does not support your country and you ask to complete offer to give them direct download, I am redirecting them after to download file

Try whoer.net to see if your IP is really from US.
Also note that some offers are shown only when you visit them for the 1st-2nd-3rd time and then stop showing for the same IP.

Yes i was planning on putting the offer in a content locker actually it seems like a good idea, but i should only be getting visitors from the US anyway due to a geo targeted campaign. So im not too concerned about what people from outside US would see, as they should'nt be able to get to the page anyway. I am going to read up about putting the offer in content locker for US visitors though.

So you mean that if somebody has already used hotspot shield and they just so happened to have used the same offer as me from the same public ip then it would not show up for me?

Im also thinking maybe because its a public ip it may have been blacklisted so cannot see the offer?
