Can't use PayPal Account Balance

So I had a US based stealth account for a while. I didn't knew but some new changes have been made in April. Now I can't use my PayPal account balance at all. Its been asking me to open a "PayPal Cash" account and it starts asking for information and even to upload an ID card.

The only way to get my money is via bank account withdrawl. Does Payoneer US payment service still works for Paypal?

I also can't upload a fake ID card because I made up my home address. It would look fake on the very first look when they look at my information.

I don't know if this is the same as mine just now. I do have a balance amount in my account but after someone send me an invoice payment for buying BTC, it needs to get verified with some documents. It had no problem last week but note that my account doesn't have a balance. Weird.

Well they don't like BTC at all. Well you could say our problem is similar as we can't use our account

No PayPal does not accept Payoneer.. Your best bet is to send your balance to a clean PayPal account.. Like your friends account who can cashout for you.

Cant use my balance at all. The only option is a check or withdraw to bank account

damn, that situation is sucks, i still remember the day when paypal limit and lock my account due to fake vcc
