Can't use Blue Stacks to create accounts on nstagram?

Hello, every time I try to create an account on instagram using Blue Stacks. It says "The IP address you are using has been flagged as an open proxy. If you believe this is incorrect, please visit instagram website" What does this mean? I am not using a proxy. Can someone help? thank you.

maybe you should just use a vpn to change your ip and then try

it means you've used your ip too many times and they won't allow you to use it to create new accounts, try using a proxy or vpn and see if it works

u can also create instagram accounts with the chrome extension "arc welder"

simply change your ip with proxycap. (you'll need to get a proxy)

don't forget to clear your app cache each time you create a new account (just in case)
