I used to upload reels10-20 times a day, 3 reels at once every 1-2 hours. Never had this issue until one week ago at 600+ reels. I waited one week, and today I uploaded only 3 reels. Now I got hit with the same thing. I tried also uploading from a different phone and also on desktop. How can I fix this?

That warning points more toward an account-level restriction than a device problem, especially since it happens on both phone and desktop. I’d check Account Status and the specific Reel/content notices first, then stop the high-volume posting for a while. If there’s no clear violation, restart with a much lower frequency and watch whether the restriction returns before increasing volume again.

i think you can try posting less for a few days and avoid uploading too many reels at once and also make sure to give the account some time to recover.

looks like you got flagged 10 reels a day for a long period can trigger spam behaviors and thats why you have to slow down for a while and stop posting if it didnt get resolved i think you have to go for a new other account did you post 20 reels a day from a single account ?

Changing phones or uploading from PC is probably not gonna make a difference for you. It's an account-level restriction from the look of those notifications so yeah.
Pretty aggressive pattern of posts though, I'd bet that's probably what done it. It might have been fine for however many hundreds of reels prior, but it doesn't mean IG won't flag the behaviour eventually. Fact that you waited it out a week and it immediately happened again just after 3 uploads says it hasn't quite cleared yet.
What's the Account Status say? Could appeal or have it reviewed if the option's there.

I had got a restriction but when I click on appeal button , it automatically deleted
So try to see your acc status first and see if you have the appeal button

So you posted 10-20 times a day and now you are trying to figure out what went wrong? Ofc you spammed more than the limits, 1-3 reels a day is normal and 10-20 times a day is definately not.
Wait for 1-2 weeks now and start with 1-3 reels a day, 10-20 is NOT NORMAL
